I feel like I am hungry.
Because her well defined muscles look like
delicious chicken tenders to me.
I’m a woman-eater!
On the other hand,
Look at my pull-up and small muscles.
I already know that no one would have an appetite
for my muscles.
my immediate goal is to be
as toned as Angie’s body.
Look forward to my transformation.
I consistently workout to tone my lower body.
Among my lower body muscles,
my ankles are weak.
I’ve had week ankles since I was young,
my goal is to strengthen them now.
So every time she gives me various kinds of training
to strengthen my ankles.
Every time the training is over my legs
are in pain and I can barely walk.
It’s difficult, but it’s worth it.
July is also an exercise strengthening month for me!
